Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrated Service Delivery (ISD)
Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical activities, including troubleshooting and system
modifications
Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service
delivery
Manage meetings and ensure teams improve technical skillsets based
on feedback
Required Qualifications:
BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's with
10+ years of experience; experience may substitute for degree
Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role
Certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is
preferred
Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and
security policies
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
