Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Services Specialist,
CFFP.
Key Responsibilities
Advises students on academic programs, policies, and procedures
while serving as a liaison with other departments
Evaluates and monitors students' academic progress and develops
outreach strategies as necessary
Handles general student inquiries and concerns, advocating for
positive student experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of service experience, preferably in customer support or
relations
Familiarity with internal IT and business systems
Proficiency in MS Office and Gmail
Self-motivated with a positive demeanor and ability to adapt to
changes
