Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchandise Planner to manage
inventory and optimize product mix across retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage merchandise plans that align with financial
goals and sales strategies
Forecast demand and recommend purchase quantities in collaboration
with buying and operations teams
Analyze sales data to inform replenishment and markdown
strategies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory
management, or retail analytics
Proficiency in Excel and inventory planning tools
Experience in a regulated industry or knowledge of cannabis
compliance is a plus
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background
check
