Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture
of continuous learning
Write and review code, ensuring adherence to industry best
practices for reliable software
Collaborate with clinical teams and product management to gather
requirements and develop user-facing features
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
5+ years of experience writing production code
Strong process-oriented mindset with experience in writing and
debating design documents
Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
Passion for mission-oriented work and collaboration with diverse
teams
