About the Role: As a Residential Specialist, Start Early, Finish
Strong you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with
disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered
approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make
choices, and gain independence. If you’re an early riser who likes
to get things done, this schedule is perfect. Work 7AM–3PM,
Thursday through Saturday, and enjoy a predictable routine that
keeps your evenings completely open. Also, we know financial

Sat 7a-3p Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Who

Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating,
cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and
personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting
individuals in achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful,
and engaging home environment. What you’ll need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with
individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License,
current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for

and Spanish Have experience using case management systems (Therap
