We are passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer through direct interactions and superior services Wireless Customer Relations Manager Responsibilities: Generate product and wireless awareness by connecting with customers and actively listening to their needs Assist customers with processing wireless orders in an effort to increase service revenue Maintain a sound knowledge of products, promotions, and service offerings to stay up to date Attend training sessions and conference calls to become an expert on our brand and our clients Drive and exceed sales goals through ensuring World-Class customer service and relations experiences Engage with customers, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insight Execute hands-on promotions of client services directly to the consumer in-person and close every sale
