a Manager in Training for Elite Direct Management's Frontier
campaign, you'll dive into our leadership gauntlet, immersive
training in sales warfare, team psychology, and operational
efficiency. Shadow top managers, own live projects, and prove you

Functions of the Manager in Training Train by actively
participating in direct sales of Frontier services to learn
customer engagement, solution presentation, and closing techniques
for future team leadership. Assist in onboarding, training, and
ongoing coaching of new sales and customer service associates,
helping them master Frontier product knowledge and sales
methodologies. Shadow senior managers to understand daily
operational workflows, scheduling, resource allocation, and key
performance indicator tracking for optimal efficiency. Help gather
and analyze sales and operational data, contributing to performance
reports and identifying areas for strategic improvements within the
Frontier campaig n . Gain exposure to client relationship
management, learning how to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve
complex inquiries, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Take ownership of specific projects aimed at enhancing team
productivity, refining sales processes, or optimizing the overall
customer experience. Contribute to team discussions on market
trends, competitive positioning, and long-term strategic goals for
the Frontier campaign's continued expansion. Develop skills in
providing constructive feedback, motivating team members, and
fostering a high-performance, supportive team environment.
Understand and help maintain adherence to all company policies,
procedures, and quality standards across Frontier campaign
operations. Commit to continuous personal and professional growth
