Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Expansion Sales to drive
growth within its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team responsible for all expansion sales across the
installed customer base
Partner with Customer Success and Pre-Sales teams to identify and
close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Implement a metrics-driven culture with clear targets around
expansion pipeline and revenue
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years managing
expansion or enterprise sales teams
Strong track record of driving growth in existing accounts in
complex environments
Operationally excellent with a focus on data-driven performance
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building functions and
teams
Customer-first orientation with a focus on delivering value
