Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to manage and
develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular forecast meetings and call reviews to coach Account
Executives
Propose and implement new sales strategies and monitor sales
activity
Coordinate with HR for recruiting and provide ongoing training for
the sales team
Required Qualifications
5 years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS
2+ years of experience leading full-cycle sales teams
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas consistently
Experience in consultative selling and engaging with executive
buyers
Strong leadership capabilities and a focus on team success
