Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Handles 80-100 inbound/outbound calls daily and assists patients
with appointment scheduling
Masters internal systems and tools for effective communication and
scheduling management
Collects and manages patient information in compliance with
industry regulations
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of general customer database (CRM) experience
College education (completed degree or relevant coursework)
1-3 years of call center experience preferred
Experience within the healthcare industry preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
