Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver on their
commitment to serve patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected
facilities
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to
provided scripts
Perform data entry and manage information within the provided
database
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience required
Experience handling escalated or unsatisfied customers required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
