Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and specialty coffee standards in a timely manner Prepare açaí bowls and food items in accordance with customer needs and shop expectations in a timely manner Maintain a clean and tidy work space Follow health and safety guidelines Get to know our customers; friendly and professionally Implement strategic selling Assist with inventory, restocking, and shop upkeep throughout the shift Assist team members with tasks and/or orders Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista who's worked for a Coffee Shop for 6 months or more DO NOT APPLY IF THE ABOVE QUALIFICATION DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU (YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) Must be able to work most Saturdays and Sundays High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Has a love for coffee, community, and diversity!
