Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ophthalmic Technician to conduct
remote subjective refractions for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts subjective remote refractions and ensures precision in
data collection
Guides patients through the exam process and provides accurate data
to Doctors of Optometry
Participates in feedback sessions and achieves required exam
productivity goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications may be
considered
At least 1+ years of experience performing subjective refractions
or in a similar role
Experience in remote healthcare settings or telemedicine is
preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and video
conferencing tools
Ability to work every Saturday as a mandatory requirement
