Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Data Analyst II to
conduct analysis supporting operations within the Claims
department.
Key Responsibilities
Create and analyze reports using relational databases and tools
like MS Excel and Tableau
Audit vendor and provider contracts to ensure correct payments and
assess financial impacts
Collaborate with various departments to implement new programs and
identify cost-saving opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in the health insurance or
healthcare provider industry
Two years of experience using data analysis tools such as SAS, MS
SQL, or other business intelligence tools
Experience with healthcare billing and claims data
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products
