team!Responsibilities:Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other
related in-home, service calls.Educate and assist customers.Work
alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success
of the business.Ensure quality standards are met on the jobsPlan
and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging
issuesRequired to drive to different jobsitesMaintain a clean,
organized job site and well inventoried truckBe accurate and timely
with invoices, timecards and feedbackExcellent with
attendanceWillingness to work OT when requiredOther duties
assignedTroubleshooting and working through construction issues to
come up with creative solutions without sacrificing qualityStrong
communication and follow up with superintendentAbility to lift 70
poundsown appropriate tools
Position RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 5 - year customer
service experienceValid Driver license and clean driving
recordStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
skillsFamiliarity with industrial tools and equipmentAbility to
handle physical workload - 70 poundsHighly organized
