Temporary Onsite Professional PositionThe client is requesting an experienced meeting professional to execute the on-site logistics for their meeting. The client will not be on-site. You will be supported by another GCG Meeting Professional who will also be on-site.Client has provided the following Event Details:

• Date and Time: 6/10, Tuesday - 5:30 PM - 9:15 PM
• Venue:
  • Joe's Crab Shack
    525 E Harbor Dr
    San Diego,, CA 92101Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:Attire
    • Client requests that you wear Professional Business Attire.Pre-Event Expectations
      • Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
      • Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined.On-Site Expectations
        • Client requests that you ensure meeting room is set up and prepared as client as arranged. The client request that you take a picture of the set up and send it to her by Whatsapp.
        • Client requests that you check-in attendees and hand out meeting materials.
        • Client requests that you display 2 roll up banner standees and one backdrop - you will not be required to lift over 20lbs.
        • Client requests that you work with the venue manager to ensure food and beverage is prepared as the Client has arranged.Post-Event Expectations
          • Client requests that you call or email Client immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
