Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Specialist to support and
enhance operational efficiency within the Explorer team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high-impact projects related to contracting,
rostering, and campaign implementation
Maintain operational oversight and continuously improve workflows
for efficiency and scalability
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
4 years of related experience
Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in practice
rostering, contracting, or campaign management
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Salesforce or
Monday.com
