Customer Success Executive

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with customers and partners while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams, fostering trusted advisor relationships
Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
Monitor service usage and compile detailed performance reports, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell

Required Qualifications

At least 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the IT services industry
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is preferred
Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot
Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
