Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for
reporting, claims payment, and directories
Research and resolve provider-related issues and maintain accurate
provider demographic information
Facilitate provider education and orientations, and assist with
cross-functional tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in claims processing, billing, and/or coding is
preferred
Three years of experience in a managed care environment or
healthcare organization
Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
