category strategies in procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for HR, Finance,
and Legal categories
Cultivate high-trust relationships with stakeholders and deliver
effective solutions
Drive complex commercial negotiations and oversee supplier
performance and risk management
Required Qualifications
Approximately 10+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement
experience
Proven success in negotiating high-impact contracts and managing
supplier relationships
Experience influencing stakeholders across various functions,
including senior leadership
Digitally fluent with proficiency in procurement and analytics
platforms
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in procurement
processes
