Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Medicaid
Support Specialist to assist consumers and family caregivers in
navigating Medicaid and Waiver enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with state Medicaid agencies and case
managers to facilitate Medicaid and Waiver applications
Review applications for eligibility and provide alternative
resources for ineligible families
Collaborate with enrollment teams and caregivers to ensure
appropriate coverage for Careforth programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related discipline, or
equivalent work experience
Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking)
4-6 years of experience in healthcare and 2+ years with Medicaid
and government programs
Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with diverse
groups
Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
