Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive BDC Administrative
Assistant (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize department metrics and listen to service coordinator
calls for coaching preparation
Coordinate team meetings and sort through applicants for potential
Service Coordinator candidates
Perform daily reporting, update team numbers, and analyze data for
improvement contests
Required Qualifications
Experience as an Admin Assistant or in customer service
Proficiency in phone and computer use, particularly in Excel and
Google Sheets
Strong team player with a professional demeanor
Organized, detailed, and capable of multitasking
Experience in the automotive industry and bilingual skills are a
plus
