Job Description:
A company is looking for a fully remote Investigator to join
their legal department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations related to employee relations, including
harassment and discrimination
Review documents and evidence, interview witnesses, and identify
trends within complaints
Draft professional reports on incidents and findings while
partnering with HR to manage complaint files
Required Qualifications
Experience conducting investigations from an in-house, HR, or legal
perspective
Strong writing skills to clearly articulate issues and outcomes
Professional demeanor with effective communication skills
Knowledge of EthicsPoint by Navex is a plus
Preference for candidates with experience in legal departments
