Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the UX research strategy aligned with business and
product goals
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to
understand user behaviors and needs
Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for
product and business decisions
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in a UX Research role
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies
Proven track record of leading impactful research initiatives
Proficient with research tools such as UserTesting and Figma
Experience designing and executing research studies at various
stages of the product lifecycle
