Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Officer - SBA.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite SBA and USDA loans, ensuring compliance with relevant
policies and procedures
Analyze loan documentation, cash flow, and collateral to make
informed credit decisions
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding underwriting
issues and loan terms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
preferred
3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or underwriting,
preferably with SBA and USDA
Experience with financial and credit analysis
Knowledge of risk assessment in loan applications
Proficiency with technology and ability to work independently or as
part of a team
