Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting or enterprise
architecture role
5+ years of CRM industry experience
Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud
or Sales Cloud
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence,
or Experience Cloud
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across
disparate systems
