A company is looking for a Digital CX Brand Specialist to
enhance customer engagement through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Drive unique customer experiences by crafting social engagements to
raise brand awareness and loyalty
Manage customer relationships by representing brand voice and
understanding customer trends and preferences
Identify and fulfill social opportunities to surprise and delight
users with promotional items
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in social community management or related
fields
High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Familiarity with social media management tools and digital
channels
Experience with Google Suite and MS Office programs
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and
weekends
