Job Description:
A company is looking for an ISP Investment Advisor Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to telephone inquiries regarding managed
accounts from representatives
Provide support to representatives in all aspects of managed
account processing and document research findings
Offer recommendations to improve the efficiency of customer service
operations and provide training to new customer service
trainees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3 years of work experience in the
Securities Industry
2-3 years of relevant experience
Series 6/7, 24/26, and 65/66 licenses required (2 of 3 must be
obtained prior)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced
environment
Knowledge of individual securities and market dynamics preferred
but not required
