A company is looking for a Customer Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through
various communication channels
Assist customers with product-related questions and technical
issues, providing clear instructions and solutions
Contribute to the development of customer support resources to
empower customers and mentor new team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B
SaaS or technology company
Post-secondary education in business administration or an
IT-related field
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment
A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding
customer expectations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive
attitude
