Corporate Partnerships Specialist is the lead account specialist
working directly with WWP's national and regional corporate
partners to maintain, grow, and deepen relationships with existing
corporate partners, sponsors, and donors. The Corporate
Partnerships Specialist collaborates with WWP's internal support
and programs teams, working together to secure high dollar, annual,
and multi-year funding and support to help achieve WWP's program
and revenue goals.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the day-to day relationships with an
assigned portfolio of WWP corporate partners ranging from $100K to
$1MM+ per partner. Striving to achieve fundraising goals, while
working to meet mutual business objectives of both the partner and
WWP.
- Work daily to maintain the partnership year over year, grow
fundraising, and deepen the relationship bench within each
corporate partner through education, event planning, fundraising,
employee engagement and overall awareness of the mission on
WWP.
- Endeavor to integrate WWP into the business culture of each
corporate partner. Continually looking for opportunities to engage
them programmatically with WWP.
- Effectively communicate to all corporate partners the value and
impact of WWP's programs and services delivered to wounded warriors
and their families when asking for their financial support. Work
with WWP's interdependencies to develop communication channels to
share that information with partners, highlighting the benefit of
the partnerships.
- Represent WWP in speaking and training opportunities with
Corporate Partners. Helping corporate partner leadership,
suppliers, employees, and customers understand the importance of
WWP and the overall impact their partnership has on wounded
warriors and their families.
- Travel to meet with current portfolio of partners in support of
program objectives.
- Provide quarterly fundraising forecasting for assigned
corporate partners. Identifying continuous improvement
opportunities and efficiencies to save donor dollars.
- Manage industry trends in giving with support from the
analytics team. Look for opportunities to share those trends with
partners to discover new areas of opportunity.
- Track communications within Salesforce, and other CSR platforms
to capture partner activity and history.
- Establish effective working relationships and work
collaboratively with WWP teammates across the organization, e.g.,
Communications, Marketing, Programs, Legal, and other Resource
Development teams, working cross channels to sustain and grow
current partnerships.
- In collaboration with the Manager of Corporate Partnerships,
establish and annual budget in support of your partner portfolio.
Manage that budget throughout the year.
- Work with WWP Legal team, Communications team, and Marketing
team to incorporate and approve corporate sponsors' logos on WWP
items and WWP's logo on all partners items.
- Assist other teammates on the Corporate Partnerships team as
needed in support of the teams ongoing strategic plan. In
collaboration with your partners, development, and Annual Operating
Plan (AOP) per partner.
- Create and maintain a professional network on behalf of Wounded
Warrior Project.

- Experience stewarding corporate, foundation, and individual
donors.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
presentation skills. Confident communicator with demonstrated
ability to present information effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated
ability to respond to changing priorities and complete assignments
and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding working
environment.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and utilize critical thinking
skills and analytical skills in problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, be decisive,
influence others, and influence change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
and efficiently.
- Demonstrated understanding of Wounded Warrior Project and its
mission, values, programs, and services, and the impact of these
programs and services on wounded warriors and their families.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office, e.g.
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated understanding of military service organizations
(MSOs) and veteran service organizations (VSOs).
- High energy level, self-starter, and willing to take
initiative.

with.EXPERIENCERequirements:
- Three years of account management experience.
- Three years of experience fundraising.
- Three years of experience working with senior management and
executives.Preferences:
- Three years of marketing, sales, or consulting experience.
- Two years of experience working with
Salesforce.EDUCATIONRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or
related field. Equivalent combination of education, experience,
training, or certification may be considered in lieu of
degree.CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURERequirements:
- Valid state-issued driver's license.WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL
DEMANDS
- Ability to work in a WWP physical office a minimum of three
days per week and when appropriate work remotely two days per
week.
- General office environment; temperature controlled.
- May require participation in events under varying weather
conditions.
- Up to 25% travel.
- May require lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds.We recognize

$68,678 - $85,848 annual base salary,subject to a candidate's
combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This
position may also be eligible for an annual performance
incentive.For San Diego or Sacramento, California, and Tacoma,
Washington Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position
is between $75,219 - $94,024 annual base salary,subject to a
candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and
credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual
performance incentive.For Los Angeles, California Applicants: The
estimated hiring range for this position is between $78,489 -
98,112 annual base salary,subject to a candidate's combination of
experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also

between $81,760 - $102,200 annual base salary,subject to a
