Job Description:

Dynamic manufacturer of safety interlocked power connections, industrial control panels, and related equipment is seeking an Engineering Service Clerk to join our team in Corona, CA. ASAP!

The successful candidate will be an integral member of a small engineering team, responsible for coordinating product data and ERP configuration of product development in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

?Coordinate creation and revision of engineering data in MAS 200 ERP system under guidance of the engineering staff:

*Become a subject matter expert in the administration and architecture of the Item Master and Bills of Material.

* Print and compile reports of product data

* Modify existing product data at the direction of the engineering staff

* Review and standardize field data and descriptions

* Execute data update projects

?Interface with Sales, Production, and Quality Control to understand their product data needs and coordinate with the engineering staff to meet them.

?Assist in the management of engineering document flow between engineering, sales, production and project management.

?Compile drawings, component data, and MRP reports as requested

Required Skills/Abilities:

?2+ years daily, transactional interface with an MRP/ERP system

?Experience with product data structures of electrical or mechanical products in a manufacturing company.

?Desire and ability to own responsibility for a project

?Demonstrated initiative to investigate and resolve issues on your own

?Good written and oral communication skills in English
