Job Description:

We are seeking Licensed Flooring Subcontractors. We install carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, tile, and tile backsplashes. Our job sites are "occupied residential" flooring installations. There is no measuring or pre-bidding required. Our business partner takes care of the measuring and selling. The carpet and carpet pad is delivered to our warehouse. Hard surface jobs will have the materials shipped directly to the customer's house. JW Floors carries all of the supplies needed for every job we undertake. Expect to perform: floor removal, floor prep, floor installation, installation on steps, molding installation (depending on floor type), furniture handling, appliance handling, and trash removal. What You Will Do: Carpet Installation C-15 [license required] Tile Setting C-54 [license requured0 Floor Removal Subfloor Prep (if needed) Material Handling Furniture Handling (if needed) Trash Removal Subcontractor Requirements: Active C-15 or C-54 subcontractor license Your business must be incorporated General liability insurance Commercial auto insurance Workman's comp insurance All sub-employees must consent to undergo and pass a background check. Required documents: social security card, resident alien card, driver's license, and a headshot (badge photo) JW subcontractor benefits: Subcontractors paid weekly Itemized labor pricing; base rate plus extras, i.e., floor removal, furniture handling, subfloor prep, etc. Free trash dumping Digital floor plan and seam layout Access to the JW System for your business operations JW Install Coordinators will handle job scheduling, customer surveys, and labor change orders (while on-site) A subcontractor can grow their business with JW Floor Covering by having a crew or multiple crews based at each branch warehouse.
