Upon joining our team, you'll experience a thorough onboarding process where we'll provide you with a highly focused skill set. We'll show you how to convert leads from our channel partners into appointments, deliver powerful seller consultations, and navigate the complexities of real estate contracts. Our objective is to have you actively producing within a few weeks. Following onboarding, our extensive training continues with sessions scheduled multiple times weekly, addressing topics such as roleplays, listing appointment strategies, closing methods, and more – all delivered both in-person and through Zoom. Your Responsibilities: Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions. Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients. Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers. Be readily available to assist and support your clients. Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
