A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on commercial agreements and streamline
contract lifecycle management
Identify and mitigate regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with
laws and regulations
Design and maintain the compliance program, including training and
internal audits
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in
any U.S. state or territory
10+ years of legal experience in corporate, regulatory, or
government settings
Strong business acumen with the ability to work collaboratively
across teams
