Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Assistant to support attorneys
managing Michigan No-Fault claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to assigned
attorneys
Handle e-filing of legal documents in Michigan courts and manage
attorney calendars
Draft and process legal documents while organizing and maintaining
legal files
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or
paralegal role
Hands-on experience with Michigan No-Fault Law and PIP claims
Prior work experience with Michigan's e-filing systems
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or legal
certification preferred
