• Mentorship opportunitiesJob DetailsOur client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or insurance defense. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of insurance coverage issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court and at depositions
  • Conduct discovery and prepare for trial
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach settlements
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters
  • Attend mediations and arbitrations
  • Assist with business development and marketing effortsQualifications:
    • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance coverage litigation, or insurance defense
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
