Description About the Role: .Allergan Aesthetics Tech is on a
mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at
AbbVie one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies. Its
iconic brands include BOTOX Cosmetic, CoolSculpting, and JUVDERM,
among others. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid
growth and disruption, and the team seeks an experienced Senior
Product Manager to help drive this innovation. The company
successfully launched a new technology platform, All , serving
millions of consumers and tens of thousands of providers since its
November 2020 debut. As .Allergan Aesthetics Tech prepares to
launch new game-changing technologies on this platform, the Senior
Product Manager role is critical ideal for someone who thrives in a
startup-oriented environment backed by a large company. In this
role, the Senior Product Manager will report to the Director of
Product and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business
to solve important technical problems Qualifications Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept-test, and
deliver innovative product solutions. Guide the team in exploring
multiple solutions to problem statements, anchoring on a clear
understanding of the problem area. Identify customers
jobs-to-be-done and translate that knowledge into task
prioritization and organization. Fully understand the product
strategy and help shape it, with support from a manager or Lead
Product Manager. Articulate how chosen solutions align with
business objectives and present tradeoffs between different
solutions. Develop robust feature specifications, user stories, and
product roadmaps. Contribute insights into product, technology, and
market trends. Define product KPIs and oversee their monitoring and
reporting (with close support from a manager or lead PM). Work
closely with the development team and customers daily to bring the
product to life. Gather and manage product feedback via surveys,
interviews, concept testing, analytics, and A/B testing. Serve as
the voice of the customer in defining innovative solutions to
consumer and business problems. Required Experience & Skills:
Experience: 5 years of experience in a Product Manager or related
position, with the ability to leverage market analysis, competitive
knowledge, and customer research to define and validate product
roadmaps and plans. Technical & Domain Knowledge: In-depth
understanding of social advertising strategies and APIs, with a
strong grasp of the competitive landscape (experience optimizing
social/search advertising is a plus). Familiarity with telephony
and customer engagement platforms such as Twilio and Braze was
desired, along with best practices for consumer communications on
those platforms. The ideal candidate would be technically strong
with a passion for design and usability. Analytical Skills:
Data-savvy mindset able to derive insights from customer feedback,
analytics, and competitive trends to continually refine tactics.
Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to inspire others
to think big about product vision and to clearly communicate the
why and how behind product directions, rallying the team around a
shared vision. Deep experience in organizing engineers, designers,
and external vendors toward product objectives was important.

range described below is the range of possible base pay

this position. Individualcompensation paid within this range will
depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may
