Job Description:
Solarman Distribution Inc. is seeking full-time Information
Security Analysts to work at its office in Ontario, CA. Candidates
must have a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or
Information Technology. Candidates are required to have 12 months
of work experience as an Information Security Analyst,
Administrator Engineer, or Computer Engineer. Candidate duties will
include: Triage and respond to alerts/incidents covering multiple
disciplines including, but not limited to, phishing, endpoints, and
AWS. Monitor the use of data files and regulate access to safeguard
information in computer files. Evaluate and recommend new security
tools and technologies to improve threat detection capabilities.
Confer with users to discuss issues such as computer data access
needs, security violations, and programming changes. Develop plans
to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized
modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data
processing needs. Deployment of security updates and patches to
upgrade systems as required for enhanced functionality. Maintain
accurate records of security activities, findings, and remediation
efforts. Generate reports for stakeholders highlighting compliance
status and any identified risks. Provide consultative support for
technical and non-technical projects and initiatives requiring
Information Security oversight to ensure policies, procedures and
standards are met. Candidates must have 12 months of work
experience using AWS, Linux/Unix, Django, Wireshark, Python and
Shell scripting. Salary: $ 89,856 -$92,856 per year. Contact:
