Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a 24x7 IT operations staff to ensure high availability and
operational stability of applications and services
Oversee deployment and installation of software and patches in
production and lower environments
Monitor and optimize servers and databases, and resolve issues in
collaboration with development teams
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with five to eight years of management
experience in IT or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of management experience
in IT or equivalent experience
Three or more years of management experience supervising 24x7 IT
applications and operations
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows servers
Experience managing incidents and requests within ServiceNow and
Jira
