Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct, and
attendance matters
Gather and assess relevant data to provide recommendations for
performance-related outcomes
Assist in identifying and routing worker welfare situations to the
appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of performance or relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all
levels of the organization
Adaptive critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills
Operational excellence, including project management experience
Experience in leveraging playbooks and protocols for case
management
