What you’ll do Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Support pre- and post-surgical rehab (especially orthopedic) Collaborate with physicians and care teams Educate patients on recovery and long-term care What you bring Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program California Physical Therapist license (at start) BLS certification Outpatient experience (or strong clinical exposure for new grads) Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate therapy programs
