In this role, you'll create individualized care plans for each treatment, collaborate with colleagues to optimize care, and grow relationships with your staff and the community you support. Here in the clinic, you will utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection while compiling with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical & sports therapy Manual/Functional focused therapy hands-on Acute and Chronic Rehabilitation Pre- & Post-Operative Care Return to Sport Rehabilitation Return to Work Programs Specialty Practice Qualifications Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy. Required Skills Ability to create individualized care plans Collaboration with colleagues Utilization of EMR for documentation Preferred Skills Experience in outpatient physical therapy Knowledge of federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations Pay range and compensation package Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 Featuring updated Productivity Incentives that reward you for patient care access!
