Job Description:
RN Tele | Night | Per Diem We are currently seeking a
compassionate and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team on a per diem basis for night shift coverage. The
ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be confident in
cardiac monitoring, and thrive in a fast-paced acute care setting.
EPIC EMR experience is required. This RN is responsible for
providing safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance
with hospital protocols and Telemetry unit standards. Key
Responsibilities: -Provide direct and indirect patient care in the
Telemetry Unit -Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms,
vital signs, and telemetry output -Collaborate with physicians and
report changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and
clinical concerns -Administer medications and therapies as
prescribed and per protocol -Respond quickly and accurately to
emergent changes in patient condition -Educate patients and
families regarding conditions, medications, and care plans
-Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC EMR
-Supervise and guide support staff within the scope of the role At
