experienced Consulting Epic Implementation Manager (Revenue Cycle)
to join our dynamic team in the legal industry. This role is
crucial for the successful planning, execution, monitoring,
control, and closure of a project. The ideal candidate will have a
solid understanding of the Epic system, its implementation, and its
impact on revenue cycles. This is an exciting opportunity for a
professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to
enhance business operations and improve client experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the implementation of the
Epic system across the organization, ensuring alignment with
business objectives. 2. Develop and execute project plans,
including risk management, scope definition, and milestone
identification. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project
objectives, ensure resource availability and allocation, and
achieve desired project outcomes. 4. Monitor and track project
performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of
short and long-term goals. 5. Lead and coordinate with the
technical team to ensure the Epic system is implemented effectively
and meets user requirements. 6. Perform system analysis,
configuration, and management to ensure optimal performance of the
Epic system. 7. Plan, organize, and direct the completion of
specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on
budget, and within scope. 8. Ensure compliance with industry
regulations and company policies. 9. Provide regular updates to
senior management and stakeholders on the status of the project.
10. Train and mentor staff on the use of the Epic system and its
functionalities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably
in the legal industry. 3. Proven experience in the implementation
of integrated healthcare information systems, with a preference for
Epic. 4. Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and the impact
of the Epic system on these processes. 5. Excellent leadership,
team management, and problem-solving skills. 6. Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
present complex data to non-technical audiences. 7. Proven ability
to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced
environment. 8. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or
Certified Epic Consultant is a plus. 9. Strong understanding of
legal industry regulations and standards. 10. Proficient in project
management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. In
