Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach to improve
individual health and wellness for program participants.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support
behavior change and program enrollment
Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and manage
operational aspects of the assigned area
Track member progress and participate in meetings to present
findings and insights
Required Qualifications
Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program
Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a
plus
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required
Experience with chat-based coaching sessions is a plus
Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes as needed
