Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (IL
License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12
students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual evidence-based mental health counseling and
therapeutic interventions to assigned K-12 students
Conduct initial mental health assessments, diagnoses, and create
individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with care management teams and ensure timely
documentation and adherence to guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Illinois
and the state of residence
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with
school-aged children
Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal
Background check upon hire
Strong technological skills and experience with digital
documentation
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean,
or Tagalog are highly desired
