A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Security
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Security Engineering and Operations team, providing
mentorship and fostering collaboration
Design and implement robust security architectures and secure
software development processes
Develop and execute security strategies and roadmaps aligned with
business goals and evolving threats
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in security engineering and people
management
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing
security engineering teams
Deep understanding of security architectures and cloud
infrastructure (AWS)
Proficiency in risk management, including threat modeling and
incident response planning
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
field; relevant certifications are a plus
