Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, AEM Architecture &
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the web development team, providing guidance and
mentorship
Lead AEM architecture and implementation, ensuring performance and
security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
and within scope
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6+ years with an
advanced degree
Two or more years of experience leading teams, with global
experience preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in AEM and core web technologies (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript)
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
(e.g., JIRA, Asana)
