Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, SD Strategy - North
America.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership in various departments to
identify growth triggers and diagnose issues for process
improvements
Oversee and optimize operating pillars including Organizational
Design, Compensation & Incentive Plans, and Performance
Management
Provide analytical insights and guidance to support the Senior
Director of Sales Development in shaping a best-in-class
organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Field Strategy, Sales Operations, and
Analytics
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and
Salesforce
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as
Tableau, Sigma, or PowerBI
Ability to collaborate with users at all levels and varying
technical expertise
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and follow-through in a
fast-paced environment
