Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Visiting Professor for Human
Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that
includes terminal course objectives
Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials using
appropriate online technologies
Set clear expectations for the course and ensure fair grading and
timely feedback to students
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. and SHRM-CP required
A master's degree is required, with 18 graduate hours in the
subject being taught for undergraduate teaching
Credentials must be awarded by an accredited institution recognized
by the U.S. Department of Education
Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are
necessary
Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse groups in a
non-traditional environment
